FIBROFLEX®
FIBROFLEX is a synthetic polyurethane elastomer material. The material has many advantages over the commonly-used types of rubber. It has a high resistance against cracking, good elastic properties, thermal resilience, and is resistant to oils, chemicals etc.  

Precision-ground components
Punches, ejector pins, and gauge pins are all part of the standard range. In addition to these, special components with tight tolerances, high accuracy, and those made of special materials are all available on request.

Spring systems
No matter what kind of spring you need, Jeveka always has the right spring available. In addition to coil springs (according to ISO and factory standards), polyurethane and gas pressure springs are also available in many sizes.

Die sets
Fibro die sets are available in cast iron, steel, and aluminium. You can choose from bronze, sintered metal and ball or roller guide for the guide.

Guide elements
The precision guide elements are available in bronze-plated and sintered metal bushings. The rolling guides are available in ball or roller cages.
