In addition to our warehouse we have our Own Production department with 3 CNC precision lathes, 2 milling machines, 2 fully-automatic production machines and a production robot.
When a standard item does not meet the specific requirements that are placed on a bolted joint, we use our Own Production department.
Using your own drawing or model, our specialists develop an entirely new product or they modify your standard fasteners. This can be for prototypes or zero series in order to reduce the time to market. Jeveka can also keep customised products in stock for our customers and their production processes.
For low numbers of customised products, Own Production retains a delivery time of one to three weeks, with consultation being required for large orders and urgent orders.
We develop and modify fasteners for our customers or support this process. Take, for instance, a deviating shape or surface treatment. As well as the standard fasteners, we also have round and six-sided drill rods in stock. Available processing includes turning, cutting, sawing, drilling, tapping, threadcutting, grinding and barrel finishing as well as surface treatments such as Kolsterising and passivation.

Our Own Production department works in close cooperation with the Quality department. Quality control always takes place when outsourcing as well as at our Own Production, so that it is clear whether the item can be supplied in accordance with specifications and requirements. This can include a strength measurement, measurement of resistance to breakage in the long term or an accurate measurement of dimensions using our 3D measuring machine. This way our customers know exactly what they will be getting.
Jeveka’s Own Production supplies products in the following materials:
Our advisers will be happy to contribute ideas as early as possible in the design of your new machine or other product. It is often possible to use our market knowledge to design the bolted joints in such a way that standard items can be used, which results in cost savings. If you wish to exchange ideas with us about this or work with us to develop a solution for an existing bolted joint, please contact us.
