If you wish to return one or more items, the following conditions apply:

• The item must still be in its original sealed packaging.
• On this original packaging, the white Jeveka label must be clearly legible, in particular the item number, batch number and quantity.
• The item must have been received within the last two months.
• The item must be part of our standard product range; i.e., it was not purchased especially for you.
• The item was not produced especially for you.
• You must complete the return request form (below) in full and send it back to us.
• The return shipment must be packaged properly and the return slip must be enclosed. We will send this return slip to you by email.

Your return request will be sent to Jeveka for review. They will contact you for further processing.

If the above conditions are not met, the following charges may apply: €20 per return shipment, plus a surcharge of €6 per order line. Therefore, please do not return the item until we have emailed you the return slip. This will avoid unnecessary costs.
